These license terms supplement our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). They describe the typical scope of digital usage rights for software products and license keys (ESD / product keys) sold through our store.
2. Trademarks and copyrights
All product names, trademarks and logos mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to describe the offered products.
3. Nature of the usage rights
Unless the product description states otherwise, you receive a perpetual license for the purchased software in the stated edition (e.g. single seat, retail/OEM as described), as permitted by the applicable license model.
4. Product keys and activation
Delivery is usually by providing a license key and, where applicable, a download link or link to the vendor activation portal. Redeeming the key with Microsoft or another vendor establishes the license relationship between you and that vendor — the End User License Agreement (EULA) and vendor policies apply.
5. End User License Agreements
In addition to these notices, the software publisher’s license terms apply (e.g. Microsoft Product Terms). If any descriptive text on our site conflicts with the publisher’s binding wording, the publisher’s terms prevail.
6. Transfer and activations
Whether a license may be transferred or how many simultaneous activations are allowed depends on the specific license type and the publisher’s rules. Please review the product description and publisher information before purchase.
7. Compatibility
You are responsible for meeting system requirements and ensuring compatibility with your devices. We do not warrant operation on unsupported OS versions or when publisher instructions are not followed.
8. Vendor support
Product support is generally provided by the respective publisher where applicable. We assist with delivery and activation issues within the scope of our GTC.
